Please Note: Should you wish to rent two or three of the properties for the same period in mid or low season the following reductions apply: Any two properties rented: 10% reduction of total price
All three properties rented: 15% reduction of total price
There is an additional 5% discount on the second week for two week rentals (in any season) We only offer discounts for high and peak season under our “Last Minute” offers and for two week rentals we honour the 5% otherwise no other discount if offered for High or Peak season
We are closed between 1st November 2010 – 6th May 2011

Additional Notes :

• We ask for a 20% deposit on reservation. We will refund your deposit (less bank charges) if you have to cancel your holiday up to 6 weeks before the period reserved. After that time we regret that the deposit is forfeit.
• All holidays start and finish on Saturday - departure before 10.00am and arrival any time after 4.00pm. In low season and parts of mid season long weekends or short breaks can be arranged.
• Full payment of the holiday rental is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
• Welcome Baskets : A Welcome Basket can be pre-ordered at least one week before arrival. (Prices are for bookings made post July 2010 and for 2011 season). There are three types of Welcome Basket and each type can be ordered for 2-4 or 6-8 people. Each basket contains the following essentials : Bread, Butter, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Eggs, Jam & Orange Juice. The different baskets then contain :


• Standard Welcome Basket : 95 Euros 2-4 People / 105 Euros 6-8 People. Pâté, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Fruit Selection (depends on season), Yoghurts & Mousse au chocolat, Crème de Marron, Pasta & Pasta Sauce, Biscuits, Olives, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar & Walnuts. The cost is from 85 Euro. Additional items can be ordered on request but would be added on to the cost.
• Enhanced Welcome Basket : 155 Euros 2-4 people, 170 Euros 6-8 people. Selection of Ham, Pâté, Cheese, Seasonal selection of Fruit, Salad & Vegetables (inc. Garlic, avocados, BBQ style vegetable selection), Pasta, Rice, Pasta Sauces, Herbes de Provence, Biscuits, Yoghurts & Mousse au Chocolat, Sausages, Walnuts, Crème de Marron, Charcoal, Toilet & Kitchen Rolls.
• Gourmet Welcome Basket : 195 Euros 2-4 people, 205 Euros 6-8 people. Selection of Pâté, Ham, Charcuterie & Cheese, Fruit Selection (inc, Pineapple, Strawberries/Raspberries/Mango, Apricots, Peaches, Nectarines depending on the season), Yoghurts & Mousse au Chocolat, Fresh Cream, Salad selection (two types of lettuce, avocado, tomatoes & cherry tomatoes), Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Biscuits, Chocolate, Ice-Cream, Nibbles, Walnuts, two bottles of Wine (Domain de Bournet White & Red), Tapenade & Caviar d'Aubergine.


• A complimentary bottle of local wine will be waiting for you together with a welcome folder full of local information on restaurants, things to do etc.. Please feel free to add to this and leave it behind you for others to benefit.
• We operate an honesty policy for the "Security Deposit" - there is an Honesty Pot in your property for donations towards the cost of replacing anything broken.
• Please Note : We provide all bed linen, hand and bath towels and dish cloths. However pool towels are not provided. These can be rented for an additional charge.
• A washing service is available for a small charge depending on the size of the load.
• Taxe de Séjour & Electricity are included in the rental prices.
• We strongly advise you to check you home insurance or obtain a specific travel assurance to cover in the unfortunate even of having to cancel your holiday at short notice.
